As for "seats" in yoga, they refer to specific poses or postures where you sit down. These are often used for meditation or to promote stillness and introspection. Some common yoga seats include:


1. **Sukhasana (Easy Pose)**: A simple cross-legged sitting posture.

   

2. **Padmasana (Lotus Pose)**: A more advanced seated posture where the legs are crossed with the feet resting on the opposite thighs.


3. **Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose)**: Kneeling and sitting back on the heels.


4. **Bhadrasana (Butterfly Pose)**: Sitting with the soles of the feet together and knees bent outward.


5. **Virasana (Hero Pose)**: Sitting on the shins with knees bent and feet pointing backward.


Each seat has its benefits and is chosen based on comfort, flexibility, and the purpose of the yoga practice.
